The Consortium Research Committee has been established to encourage research  into decentralized wastewater treatment.  Consortium Academic Institutions are involved in research in both the technological and management aspects of decentralized wastewater treatment.  The Research Committee endeavors to:

• Conduct, coordinate, and standardize research,
• Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration among engineering and the sciences,
• Advance commercialization of new approaches and tools for wastewater treatment.
