 In addition to the educational institutions and their academic delegates, the Consortium also includes a large advisory body of individuals that consist of (but are not limited to) manufactures, design professionals, consulting engineers, installers, service providers, regulatory officials, public health agents, and citizen partners. There is no limit to the size of the advisory body, whose members are considered advisory delegates to the Consortium. The advisory body elects 21 of their delegates to serve as an Advisory Board. The primary role of the Advisory Board and delegates is to help advise and direct Consortium activities towards issues pertinent to the decentralized wastewater field.
